Bollinger B13 2013 Blanc De Noirs is crafted entirely from Pinot Noir (Blanc de Noirs), sourced from only five crus, comprising 92% Grand Crus and 8% Premier Crus. It matures in the cellar for over 7 years on lees and has a low dosage of 6 grams per liter. This wine opens with vibrant notes of ripe fruits and fruit jellies, transitioning into aromas of Mirabelle plum and vine peach. On the palate, it offers an intense burst of fruit flavors, including pear, fresh almonds, and apple tart accented with candied lemon. The experience culminates in a velvety persistence, finishing with a subtle saline hint.
